Warehouse Watcher is provided as an informational deal-discovery service. You agree not to interfere with site operation, scrape aggressively, submit malicious content, bypass security controls, or use the site in a way that harms other users or service providers.

Listings can change quickly. Prices, discounts, stock status, product details, delivery options, and eligibility are controlled by the retailer and must be confirmed on the retailer page before purchase.

Warehouse Watcher links to third-party websites including Amazon and other services. Those sites have their own terms, policies, prices, and checkout flows. Warehouse Watcher is not responsible for third-party content or fulfillment.

Warehouse Watcher is not a shop. We do not hold stock, take payment, set prices, process orders, arrange delivery, or handle returns — every purchase is a contract between you and the retailer, on the retailer's own terms. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell. The editorial judgements in our guides and weekly briefs are opinion offered in good faith, not professional, financial, or legal advice, and the consumer-law summaries on the country pages describe the general position in that market rather than advice on your situation. Where a purchase matters enough that the answer has to be right, confirm it with the retailer or a qualified adviser.

We work from data supplied by retailers and their APIs, and we check what we can, but listings go stale, a price can move between our last read and your click, and an item can sell out while a page is open. We do not warrant that any listing is current, complete, or correct at the moment you see it. If you find a listing that is wrong, a link that goes somewhere it should not, or a guide that has aged badly, write to [email protected] and we will correct or remove it. Corrections to published guides are noted with an updated date rather than made silently.

The written content on this site — the guides, the country and store editorial, and the weekly briefs — is ours, and reproducing it wholesale is not permitted. Quoting a passage with a link back is fine and welcome. Product titles, images, prices, and trademarks belong to the respective retailers and manufacturers; they appear here under the programme terms that permit it, and Warehouse Watcher is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon or any other retailer we list.

To the extent the law allows, Warehouse Watcher is provided as-is and we are not liable for losses arising from using it — a deal that had already ended, a price that changed, an item that arrived in worse condition than its grade suggested. Your rights against the retailer are unaffected by anything here, and nothing in these terms limits any statutory right you have that cannot be limited, including the consumer rights described on the country pages.

These terms may be updated as the site changes; the date at the top of this page is when they last were. Continued use of Warehouse Watcher after an update means you accept the updated terms. Substantive changes are reflected in that date rather than backdated, so it is a reliable way to tell whether anything has moved since you last read them.
